Taiwo Oderinde

Taiwo Oderinde is a digital transformation strategist, educator, author, and youth development advocate, passionate about helping young people become relevant, valuable, and future-ready in a rap idly changing world. He is the Founder and CEO of Jasper Phygitals LTD, a digital agency helping brands, institutions, and entrepreneurs build strong digital identities, communication systems, and growth-driven platforms.

With a background in Microbiology and years of experience mentoring students in classrooms, laboratories, leadership communities, and personal development platforms, Taiwo has built a reputation for combining education, technology, leadership, and practical transformation in ways that inspire meaningful results.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and has completed professional certifications and executive learning programmes from globally respected institutions including University at Albany, US, Berklee College, UK, McKinsey & Company, Shaw Academy, and several others.

He currently leads Grow with Taiwo, a platform dedicated to helping youths and young professionals gain clarity of purpose, build valuable skills, maximize digital opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth in life and career.

A passionate servant-leader, he began his leadership journey at the age of 14 and has served in several youth and faith-based organizations across Nigeria, earning recognition for his commitment to leadership, human development, and community impact. His leadership journey includes serving as President of the Nigerian Association of Microbiology Students, Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter, Zonal Coordinator of the Nigeria Christian Corpers’ Fellowship in Taraba State, Regional Sales Manager, Demmy Global Ltd, Osun State, Programmes Manager of The FirstWord Empowerment Network Nigeria among other strategic responsibilities.

He is happily married and blessed with children.
