TAKEOUT

The beast that is TAKEOUT was born the Summer of 1999 in Daytona Beach, FL. Punk/Grunge roots propelled the band througout the early 2000's but with the loss of drummer Adam and guitarist Ryan, the remaining two members of TAKEOUT (Guitarist Matt and Bassist/Lead Vocalist J.R.) began showcasing acoustic shows around Jacksonville, FL. With the 90's out of their system TAKEOUT went in search of a new sound. They found it when in the summer of 2004 drummer Mat "Saddlebags" was infused into the band to make the TAKEOUT you now see today. 3-Piece Hard Rock through influences from Breaking Benjamin, Tool, The Band, The Cars, Metallica, Nirvana and Pink Floyd. TAKEOUT now plays all over the Orlando, FL area at such places like The Social, Backbooth, The Backstage Lounge, The Haven Lounge, AKA Lounge, Club 57 West, Central Station Rock Bar, The Dungeon and Holly's & Dolly's.
