An academic background the length of my arm in Kinesiology, and Health and Exericse Psychology, a few crossroads, and great life experiences have taught me that a hollistic approach to self-improvement is key! Nothing in life is perfect, but it's so much more fun and exciting with a strong sense of self and a little guts :)
As a personal trainer for the last ten years, and a lifestyle consultant, my goals are to challenge you, make you sweat, motivate you to dream big, and live to the fullest for an end result that has you feeling and looking amazing at the same time! You're a unique individual and so is my approach. No cookie cutters in my drawer...unless they are for baking ;) ... I am all about balance!
