INVENTOR:
My imagination, self-reliance, openness to new things, and appreciation for utility combine to make me an INVENTOR. I have the confidence to make my visions into reality, and I am willing to consider many alternatives to get that done. Problem-solving is a specialty of mine, owing to my persistence, curiosity, and understanding of how things work. My vision allows me to identify what's missing from a given situation, and creativity allows me to fill in the gaps. It is more interesting for me to pursue excitement than it is to get caught up in a routine. I tend to be more proactive than reactive—I don't just wait for things to come to me. I am well-attuned to my emotional state, and not afraid to use my feelings to guide me. I tend to be cooperative, rarely contradicting others, and always considerate of their feelings. I prefer to have time to plan for things, feeling better with a schedule than with keeping plans up in the air until the last minute. Generally, I believe that I alone control my life, and that external forces only play a limited role in determining what happens to me.
ENCOURAGING:
I am outgoing nature, understanding of others, and directness make me ENCOURAGING. I want others to
do well for themselves, and I generally believe in their abilities. I often know what's good for people because of your caring nature and my worldview. When I care about someone, I don't keep it to myself: I am good at letting people know that I am thinking of them. Because I trust people, I take violations of that trust very seriously. I thrive in social situations, and even though I know who I like and who I don't like, I can interact well with many different types of people. I have a healthy respect for people who have earned what they have, and I strive to be similar to successful others. I am a loyal friend and a good listener.
• Currently hold MSc in Software Engineering from Sweden in 2007.
• Having over 8 years’ experience in software industries.
• 7 years of experience with graphic design, web design, application or complex user interfaces (PHP, HTML/5, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3, Flash, and CMS solutions).
• Total 6 years’ experience in developing, delivering and implementing software’s.
• With proven track record of successfully delivering multiple large-sized IT-based business projects.
• Excellent documentation skills.
