Talbros has been manufacturing rubber-cork products since 1981 mainly for the Automotive & Electrical Industry. Since then Talbros has made additions to its product line as well as adopted significant technological and quality improvements propelling us to become India's largest cork-rubber manufacturer.
Besides catering to the domestic demand, a large portion of our production is being exported to the America's, Australia, Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East and African markets. Approximately 75 % of our revenue is derived from sales outside India with 50% of the revenue from sales to the United States.
Talbros Engineering Limited started making axle shafts in 1980. From humble beginnings the scale has moved to 3,000 axle shafts per day and crossed the level of 1 million shafts annually in 2008.
The Quality System at Talbros Axles is certified to be in conformance with the requirements of ISO / TS16949. But requirements aside we put forth the extra effort to exceed these standards much to the delight of our customers. Buyers / users of Talbros axles have the utmost confidence in knowing that every single one of our shafts is:100% Hardness Checked - After induction hardening by using hardness testers located at each station.
100% Ultrasonically Tested - After the straightening process, post induction hardening, to ensure the absence of internal flaws in steel - not only on account of rolling at the steel mill, but also any that could possibly have been introduced by the forging or heat treatment processes.
100% Magnaflux Detection - After the grinding operation, in both linear and circular direction, for detection of any kind of surface defect even on the ground portion.
