The Talent Enterprise, a HR Consultancy Firm based out of Dubai, was established with the motive of tapping and enhancing the potential of the human capital of companies. Our founding team consists of David Jones and Radhika Punshi, both of whom have extensive experience in the field of Human Resource Management.

Our Managing Director, David Jones has lived and worked in the GCC region for over 15 years, and our Consulting Director, Radhika Punshi, the first person from the MENASA region and one of the first 50 people in the world to be awarded a degree in Positive Psychology, has lived and worked in the GCC region for over 12 years.

The team at The Talent Enterprise comprises of professionals with backgrounds and expertise in HR, leadership, psychology, psychometrics, behavioural economics, education, research and analytics. Equipped with extensive research insights, the team has put together a range of solutions to handle issues around employability, assessment, leadership, etc.

We have also formulated cutting-edge profiling tools called ‘The Thriving Index’ series, which help evaluate personal strengths and work orientations – for employees, students and job-seekers. The tools, which are highly predictive of performance, productivity, and engagement have been employed by many companies across the GCC region.
