Hi, I’m Maja Talevska and I’m a Content Curator and Contributor in Bitola, Macedonia.

Travel. That would be the word to describe me. Whether it’s actual travel, discovering new destinations and cultures, traveling through the pages of a book or chasing life adventures.

I am a Major of English Language and Literature so it’s no surprise that reading and writing are my biggest passions. However, I never knew that I would turn these passions into a career. Well, that’s exactly what happened.

However, before I had the chance to make these dreams a reality, I took on several different jobs. My first job was teaching English to children and adults, and although there wasn’t a dull moment, the drive was never there.

So after a couple of years of teaching, I started working as an assistant in a billing department for an American corporation. Although it might not be the most exciting job, it offered me the chance to use my English written and communication skills on a daily basis. Don’t get me wrong - I loved this job, but after a while I just needed a new challenge. I wanted to let my creative side shine, so I went back to what I originally wanted to do - write!

And here I am today! Working as a tech-blogger and contributor for several publications, which allow me to express my creativity on the daily. Now, I am satisfied!

That said, work and travel aside, I have a 7 year old dog that I spend most of my free time with. It’s high time that I get him a passport and start traveling the world together.
