Hi! My name is Talha Mirza and I am an Product and Privacy Counsel in Phoenix at Carvana.

In the past, I have represented public and private companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC reporting and compliance, public offerings and private financing.

I am also a J.D. Graduate (Class of 2021) from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

Before law school, I graduated from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, with a focus area in US International Policy (pertaining to North Africa, The Middle East, and Immigration) and a minor in Arab and Muslim American Studies.

Some of my passions include photography, politics, the outdoors, the intersection of entertainment/media and intellectual proeprty, technology and philanthropy.

I always aspire to learn more and give back to my community. Additionally, I am seeking opportunities to utilize my legal skills.

In my free time I am riding my motorcycle, working on my nature and food blogs, or binging Netflix.
