My name is Terry, and I'm based in Singapore.

I lead a double-life of sorts; by day, I am a regional project manager at Google (read: glorified problem-solver).

Outside of that, I am a life coach that helps employees in tech to achieve a better work-life in their life's work.

Working in tech companies like Google has its perks - something I'm sure you might have heard about from your friends or on the news.

However, not many know that it also comes with its unique set of challenges - something that folks new to the scene might struggle to adapt to.

Beyond the free snacks, freshly-brewed lattes, and fancy offices also lie bouts of imposter syndrome, blurred lines between work and personal life, and other stresses that impact our wellbeing.
