Rashad Talley is a product of urban education through Chicago Public Schools. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Chicago State University. Mr. Talley moved on to receive his Master of Arts in School Leadership from Concordia University. He is currently a doctoral student for school superintendency at Northern Illinois University. Rashad is an extraordinary educator nearing 20 years of commitment. He has experience at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. He is known for his success in raising student scores in literacy and math. Rashad is a vibrant leader with exceptional skills in building and sustaining positive relationships, leadership development, and academic rigor.
