A good athlete constantly balances honing their personal craft and learning to communicate and trust those around them. A good musician must learn to do the same. While for them "craft" is more about story telling and self expression than about benching 225, learning the necessary skills requires the same level of practice, dedication, and mindfulness that an athlete puts into their training.
