I am driven by my desire to be a great "organizational doctor", in a consulting capacity - to listen and alleviate pain points, and to help organizations truly understand, fortify and leverage their existing strengths in the market.

Equipped with a multidisciplinary MA in Organizational Behavior & Development, and over 8 years of delivering successful marketing communications and organizational development solutions, I approach every new challenge with inquisitiveness, energy, empathy and an unwavering focus on the bottom line.

Some of my memorable achievements:

- Launched a new technology service across the UK with Vodafone for SMS donations.

- Led a collaborative fundraising campaign with hundreds of nonprofits, which raised over 1 million Shekels ($264,000) in only 24hrs.

- Invited to speak at the London School of Economics, on Social Entrepreneurship.
