Tamala McDowell

I have a BS in biology/chemistry and worked as an Analytical Chemist for 2.5 years, while pursuing my MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. I previously work as a Human Resource Generalist for a Government Contractor in order to broaden my perspective on how businesses operate. During my role in Human Resources I was able to volunteer for the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM – www.nashrm.org) as the Director of Student Relations.
