Recently, I've been researching how character strengths in the workplace can lead to greater organisational identification at the Jubilee Centre for Character & Virtues. How can we help adults discover, assess and strengthen their character strengths? Are there meaningful differences between teams, between organisations?

Previously, I joined forces with the amazing team founding LEAF Academy, a very exciting boarding school for talented young leaders in Central Europe. I built the Character Development department, including designing & implementing the curriculum focusing on self-discovery, values exploration, and building character strengths.

I've loved pricing since my time in strategy consulting with Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a freelancer, I still think about and solve pricing, value creation and strategy challenges companies face - be they start-ups or non-profits. True to form, I promote value-based pricing.

I also served on the board of IDEA, International Debate Education Association, co-wrote a book chapter about Hidden Champion companies in CE, and started a community of repatriated ex-pats when I returned home after a decade of living on three different continents and experienced a reverse culture shock. These days, I'm also a proud mum to my two small kids.
