I help Nurse towards balancing Companion Relations and I do not service kids or teens. Me just being an Esthetician, I help cleanse people and their well-being (their sheets). A hard job to do. Somebody gotta do it, and although I am qualified to assist both genders, my specialty is Facial/Esthetic Care.

I have the potential to help guide people towards a healthier work-life balance, with the overall objective of gaining a fair equilibrium state.

I believe that true wellness begins from the inside out. This includes a working balance of mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness.

Often times people are too busy prioritizing their jobs and careers, that they forget about their emotional health and well-being.

So, please please please take time out to figure out reasonings (stressor) behind your stress, and jot down some goals as you brainstorm.
