I research human rights policies of the European Union, its institutions and EU Member States. This research is part of an FP 7 grant for over 6 million euros from the European Commission entitled, "Fostering Human Rights Among European (External and Internal) Policiesfrom the European Commission." I am based at the School of Politics and International Relations of University College Dublin.
