As the Client Success Manager at Click Rain, I am able to indulge my love for strategic, user friendly websites, as well as my insatiable love of Mexican cuisine. Specifically focused on website development and production scheduling, I assist in creating websites built to live up to their full potential.

Working with the end goal in mind is something I thrive on, and I take pride in guiding clients through our web process steps to ensure that they get the most strategic outcome possible. Education on the web development process is a value I try to bring to every client since this understanding is important to me personally. I don't only want the solution, but the details and understanding that bring me to that solution to ensure that every step I take is towards the project's main objectives.

By applying my drive for knowledge to the discovery and development process, I can help walk the client through their project and help educate them on the background for each decision. When the client is part of our team and involved in every step of the process, I have no doubt that we will end up with winning product.

Outside of work, I am the proud parent of a 6 year old pit-bull, Mystic, I also enjoy cooking and can spend all day browsing food blogs for my next kitchen experiment, and my latest interests include leisure blogging and training for my first 5K.
