In 2014, Tamara took her one-woman “helper” role mainstream and ventured out as a Virtual Professional Assistant (VPA). Her background is diverse and ranges from a Barista to a Corporate Trainer; all of the skills attained in those roles have given Tamara the drive and know-how to provide unsurpassed, detail oriented service in a high-volume business.
As the owner and founder of Tamara Lewis & Co., Virtual Professional Assistants, Tamara has had the opportunity to work on some life-changing projects. One of her first was for the Black Lives Matter Ride to Ferguson in 2014. Recently, Tamara has incorporated a new campaign into her services. Work Smarter, Not Harder was designed by Tamara to teach individuals and small businesses tips and shortcuts to maximize their work/life balance ratio. In addition to providing VPA services, Ms. Lewis is concentrating on expanding her speaking and training and facilitation services to small and large businesses and conferences. Tamara currently resides in Raleigh, NC and is very excited about her upcoming projects, one of which will focus on the importance of partnerships.
