I am a strategy consultant and independent director delivering strategy and risk oversight expertise to senior executives and boards of directors. A great day at work for me begins with a rich debate about digital strategy and ends with a positive impact on an organization or end-consumer about whom I care deeply.

Board Activities
I serve on the boards of directors of the following organizations:

• Carson-Dellosa Publishing, an educational publisher backed by Birch Hill Equity Partners
• Meridian Credit Union, Ontario’s largest credit union
• CAA Niagara, one of 9 regional clubs that comprise the Canadian Automobile Association

I also serve as an advisory board member for digital consultancy ServoAnnex. Each of these organizations embrace digital strategy and they uniformly treasure their customer/member.

Consulting Work
When I’m not serving on a board, clients call on me to facilitate strategy discussions and provide related counsel to senior teams. I also lead boards through holistic assessments of financial and non-financial risk, informed by corporate governance thought leadership and my past experience as an investment banker and consultant with McKinsey & Company. Some of my favourite client sectors include retail, healthcare and publishing.
