I am an educator, wife, and mother, but most of all I am a learner as trite as that sounds. I am continually trying to figure out how to be good at all of these roles and make an impact for the better. In my professional life I have worked as a central office administrator for 19 years focusing on improving teaching and learning. This site is devoted to some things I have learned along the way and questions I still have about what it takes to make a difference.
