2/24/18 Kudos to the Furano Prince Ski Resort staff who responded kindly to the emergency call from the USA. If a guest reports an injury outside of their sky course, they're required to contact the police immediately.

2/23/18 Federal Market Place is one of my favorite organizations to interpret for. The form you need for tax return is 1095A is for Market Place; 1095B is for Medicaid. You have to cancel your Market Place health insurance if you're found eligible for Medicaid / CHIP (Children's version of Medicaid).

TRO: Temporary Restraining Order can last up to 5 years in California.

RX SERTRALINE / ZOLOFT

Sertraline is used to treat depression, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), and a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). One of the side effects is stomach upset / diarrhea. 50 mg/day is safe for a nursing mother to take.

2/22/18 WELL-CHILD VISIT

600 units of Vitamin D is recommended daily for a five year old: cow's milk (100 units), as well as fish such as salmon, sardine, tuna are great. Soy milk offers some too; eggs are low in Vitamin D. Many schools require a vision test when a child enters kindergarten here.

2/21/18 BANKING

Most banks in Japan do not use the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) code (Japan Post Bank included). The bank SWIFT code should be available instead to receive funds from overseas.

2/20/18 OBGYN

In most cases pregnant women are allowed to travel up to 36 weeks. Walking, swimming, pilates, yoga are all great exercises during pregnancy.

ESTRADIOL is a form of female hormone, estrogen. It comes in several different RX names. Possible side effects are cerebrovascular accidents and infections.
