Tameka Vasquez

Hello visitor,

I was born in the capital city of Guyana, grew up on the Dutch side of the island of St. Maarten and I reside in the world’s capital city of New York.

My current work lies within B2B marketing, business development, strategy, internal collaboration and branding. I hold five years of experience within this skillset in industries from business research, influencer marketing and fashion editorial to digital media, management consulting and financial services.

I was a serial intern throughout college and I was very involved in student organizations. I've also written a ton of poetry and preachy prose stuff. I was once a Seventeen Magazine model and I've also had my face splashed onto essence.com and eBay a time or two. But that's another story ;)

I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in information and knowledge strategy which is continuously enlightening. I'm also involved with several associations including the NY Women in Communications, 212NYC Advertising and WorldofMoney.org,

Above all and despite all, I am a big believer in change and innovation. I am a small business cheerleader and I thrive on being a part of an evolution.
