I was born in Ankara in 1967. I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Technical Education in 1988 and Konya Selçuk University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2023. I have been working as a Systems Analyst in the Turkish Grand National Assembly since 1998. I have been married to Filiz Mumcu since 1999 and we have three beautiful daughters.
