I wear a few hats: I'm a renewable energy policy expert and lawyer living in Santa Barbara; I'm also a Visiting Scholar in the Psych. Dept. at UCSB; and I'm a Lecturer at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management, also at UCSB. I'm also a columnist for a number of websites. My avocation is thinking. And writing. Between thinking and writing, there's a bit of reading. More recently, I've begun to get serious about photography, music and film-making, adding to my ever-growing list of hobbies/avocations.
