Tami Thorsen

Tami Thorsen is originally from Waterloo, Iowa, and currently lives in Rock Hill with her husband and have two adult children. Her family served as SIM missionaries in Bolivia for eight years, teaching Bible classes at the SIM mission high school. Prior to this, Tami served alongside her husband as he ministered for ten years as student pastor at Center Street Baptist Church in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Tami has filled over thirty journals since the age of twelve, the same age she owned and drove her own snowmobile. During her high school and college years, she carried the name, "Super-SPAM," as she creatively and passionately spoke before thousands of young people around the USA and Bolivia, SA on how God's Word empowers us to be courageous Christ-followers!
Tami has been coaching clients as an ICF credentialed life-coach since 2016, holding now the PCC credential so those she serves experience greater joy and impact by living aligned to their God-given design: ensuring what they do matches who they are with freedom and authenticity.
Tami also facilitates coaching training to individuals and groups who desire to integrate powerful leadership skills of coaching into their present roles and ministries. She has a passion to pass this valuable skill on to others who desire their leadership to be the most effective it can be for God's glory.
