We all bitch, whinge and moan about how we want things to be better, to be treated better and things to be better for others. Some of us get up and do something about it, others don't but expect something to happen.

I not only want to be one of the ones that get up and do something, I want to be someone who encourages and empowers others who feel the same to get up and take action.
