Tammy Messina

In order to graduate Culinary school,Tammy Messina had to intern at a restaurant. Tammy was lucky enough to be introduced by a friend to a japanese steak house, where she was given the opportunity to make sushi. Tammy fell in love with the art of sushi, and was offered a permentent position as a sushi chef. Moving out of state, Tammy began a supervisor position for a popular "supermarket" sushi company. learning the importance of food saftey, contributing to grand openings around the east coast, and teaching new employers how to make sushi.

Tammy now teaches others how to make Sushi.
