Tammy Orrantia has been in the real estate sales industry since 2003. She specializes in South Orange County with a particular emphasis in the communities of Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. An outstanding member of the Orange County Association of Realtors for the past 10 years, she is also a member of the Board of Realtors in San Diego and the Desert cities. Tammy has successfully assisted many families in finding the perfect home or achieving top price for the sale of their homes. Previously she has received awards for "Excellence as a New Champion", "Broker's Certificate of Excellence", Excellence in Presentation of Open Houses," was a top producing agent in 2004 and 2005 and 2008. She was named part of an elite program with a former broker's house; Gold Circle of Excellence in 2007 and 2008. She holds Realtors nationally recognized designations of GRI and SFR, is a certified relocation specialist and an E-Pro agent, which provides immediate assistance for buyers and sellers who begin their real estate search online.
