Tammy Cooper Petkoff

Ask Tammy Cooper Petkoff about her most vivid memories as a child and with a gentle smile, she’ll tell you about the sound of hammers and saws. Not that all that sawdust and hammering gave her a headache...these are comforting sounds that she remembers fondly. Tammy grew up in the building business. Her father, Art Cooper and grandfather, L.V. Cooper, are respected names in the residential construction business in Shelby County. That’s probably one of the reasons she choose the Real Estate industry for a career.

“For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been around this business. Thanks to my Father, as well as my Mother’s involvement in the industry, I have a good insight into what it takes to turn a house into a family’s home,” Tammy said.

“I spent well over a decade as Office Manager and Construction Superintendent for my Father’s business. So I bring not only inside knowledge of homes, I have the ability to envision homes finished, throughout the construction process. I have and will take the time to work at your convenience, to meet all of your Real Estate needs.”
