Tammy Roaderick

Tammy Roaderick presently serves as Vice President at Investor Shield, a regional servicer of mortgage providers. Ms. Roaderick’s responsibilities include client relations, inspections, and daily operations. Investor Shield provides preservation and inspection services for regional properties. Prior to joining Investor Shield, Tammy Roaderick served as Vice President and Managing Member at American Mortgage Field Services LLC. After joining the company in 2006, Mr. Roaderick served as the primary point of contact on behalf of the company. Her other duties included overseeing office staff, recruiting subcontractors, and supervising quality control. Prior to joining American Mortgage Field Services, Tammy Roaderick developed expertise as a Regional Property Manager, where she supervised maintenance managers and property managers for residential and commercial properties. Ms. Roaderick’s 12 years of experience in this role proved an asset in later positions. During her time away from work, Tammy Roaderick works with charitable organizations such as the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. A member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tammy Roaderick lives in Lutz, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her two sons and playing golf and tennis.
