I've never had a bite (literally) of any kind of meat in my entire life - no fish, no chicken! When I was 13, I gave up all dairy products and became a Vegan. I teach cooking classes, and educate people how to use fruits, grains, nuts, vegetables and whole grains. We use no refined sugars.
