Experience: Financial Systems Analyst

Re-scoping of current Financial Systems within company. Creating solutions to comply and improve efficiency in work flow and data integration during integration process. Maintain/modify database to implement data required to drive business analytics. Train and support all CRM users. Gather requirements from functional departments all across the company to reach optimal data efficiency. Provide systems support to all Analysts and financial needs to Business Managers. Create, guide and manage CRM reporting. Working with technical leads to secure key data to enable better customer insights, including development of new data through integration with Costpoint. - Manage financial business models in Cognos 8 Enterprise Planner and work with consultants to test system and ensure the forecast in system is accurate. Integrated a work flow process into Finance group and created business model to verify the accuracy of data by performing monthly variance analysis. Testing the validity and consistency of the data in systems. Reporting any deficiencies in the system, proposing solutions to issues and propose plans for improvement with Process Manager and Systems Architects.
