"Be you. Be unapologetically YOU."

I am among the 50 - 70% of students who had no real clue of what they wanted to be when they graduated college. In fact if I changed my major as many times as I changed my mind, I'd be something like a "professional student." The only difference between myself and the students of this statistic, is that I committed to the first major I pursued. It was this very loyalty and determination that landed me successful positions in sales and recruiting.

My first position in sales came a couple of months after graduating from the University of West Georgia, at an outsourcing firm called MarketSource. There, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting for company owned programs of companies of the Fortune 500. After many accomplishments and nearly two years of work, I married, relocated, and found a job closer to my new residence.

Currently, as a Business Development Manager, my new responsibilities include attaining new accounts through inside and outside sales protocols, in consonance with concurred targets, while ensuring that clients are qualified and offered a service significant to their staffing needs.

When I'm not working hard on the job, you will find me generating new ideas as a volunteer BDM for a nonprofit cancer organization called Crossing Boundaries, Inc, mentoring a young athlete, or doing some motivational coaching for an allstar cheerleading program.

In my leisure I am most likely being active with my Boxers and English Bulldogs, listening to music or making a new piece of furniture with my husband.
