I'm the COO of Liquid, where we reimagine traditional HR and financesoftware solutions for the liquid workforce. We provide an all-in-one softwarethat allows modern companies to streamline the way they onboard, manage, andpay their freelancers, contractors, and professional service vendors.

I also founded and lead FlexTeam, which provides on demand market research, competitive analysis, financial models/analysis, and business strategy. The FlexTeam workforce averages 10-15 years of experience, and is primarily MIT graduates that prefer to work on a remote, flexible project-by-project basis. I'm passionate about increasing opportunities for experienced professional women to remain engaged while having families, as well as increasing the amount of capital being invested in female entrepreneurs.

I was previously the CEO and Founder of Dryad Communications, a broadband provider for rural and underserved areas, including Native American Reservations, in Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota. Before that, I spent 10 years in project management and systems engineering at Northrop Grumman, creating and delivering space systems.

I have a MBA from UCLA Anderson, a MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford, and a BS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. I've served in many roles with the MIT Alumni Association, and am currently on the Alumni Association Selection Committee.

I grew up outside of San Antonio, TX. I now live in Venice, CA with my husband and two sons. I love to learn, ride my Peloton/go on runs, and explore new places.
