Tamra Whitney

I live in a small a town in Northern California and have worked for the State of California. I didn't always live in a small town. I was born in California and lived most of my life in Los Angeles or LA county. Now that I'm older and have seen where I've been and where I've come to I have some awareness of what makes sense and what doesn't. Doing what I've always done, art, makes sense.
