Dr Tamsyn Van Rheenen is an NHMRC postdoctoral research fellow working in the area of cognitive neuropsychiatry. Her current research interests include the use of behavioural and neuroimaging techniques to study brain function in bipolar disorder and related disorders. Her research aims to use an understanding of cognition and emotional processes in these disorders to discover and validate endophenotypic markers, improve diagnostic accuracy/ risk identification, and inform treatment interventions.
