Hi, I'm Tam. I am a Regional Logistics Director living in Lake Forest, Orange County, California. I enjoy cooking, reading and sports. I am also interested in the outdoors and travel. 2016, I moved from Japan to the United States to work for the company, during my tenure I have been, site operations manager, regional manager, marketing manager, and director of the warehouse division. Today, I am the Director of Marketing for the US division of the company, where I am responsible for driving warehouse productivity and process improvements to achieve cost savings, providing guidance and input in the development of policies, guidelines and procedures. Review and manage site financials with site operations managers, provide monthly cost forecasts, understand site variances, and inform stakeholders of site financial performance.
