I'm passionate about three things:

The first is creating pathways for people to pursue their dreams. I've taken a number of calculated risks in my own journey, and have found there is nothing more powerful than access coupled with purpose. I hope to create these opportunities for others in all I do.

The second is to leverage the efficiency and results orientation of the business sector to drive real change.

The third is personal growth. Every day I strive to learn and become better.
