I consider myself a generalist, a Jack of all trades, who is adept at learning unfamiliar concepts and applying them with my strong fundamental knowledge in computer science, often in an unconventional way.
I possess exceptional numeracy skills, transcripted throughout my formal education years since childhood continuing to graduate schools and during inter-school Mathematics competitions.
I also have a knack for uncanny analytical skills to detect slight anomaly that may have gone easily unnoticed, and especially when it comes to pattern recognition of seemingly unrelated data, events and often people. The latter was backed up by scoring 35 out of 36 in Set II of J.C. Raven's Advanced Progressive Matrices, which is one of the better-known culture-fair intelligence tests internationally. The test was supervised by Coyne Didsbury Consulting Psychologists (now known as Coyne Didsbury PDI). Compared to Australian graduate samples, this score was ranked in the 99th percentile.
As of 2015, my enthusiasm is overshot towards cloud computing architecture (with emphasis on Amazon Web Services) and information security, having recently passed a prominent (ISC)2 examination although still awaiting endorsement confirmation of previous professional experience.I continually seek the technological convergence and set my sights on passing CCSK and consequently, CCSP, while obtaining AWS Certified Solutions Architect and SysOps Administrator credentials along the line.
(Any scholarships or fundings to support my preparation towards these certification pathways are more than welcome.)
