Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, I earned my B.S. in Engineering from FSU (Go Bulldogs!) and pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University (they have no mascot). I have experienced the corporate culture in the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Energy and Conservation industries. However, the world of self-improvement and development holds my current and primary interests. I practice "intrinsic reconditioning". That's just a term I created and thought sounded pretty cool. My definition of "intrinsic reconditioning" is unlearning the shit we have been programmed to believe that does not or no longer serves us to have, be, and do what we really desire to experience during this lifetime.
I've written a couple books (currently on amazon) and created a couple programs all to invest in the well being of human kind. I'm learning to become more appreciative of nature and all it's creatures every day but I still do not fancy camping. Maybe "glamping" in a fully furnished and air conditioned RV. LIVE! LAUGH! LOVE! This motto may be over used but it helps me feel more balanced. I attempt to live moment to moment. I try to love everything and everyone around me. I try to laugh at least once a day even if its at myself. Do I get it right all the time? Absolutely not! However, I'm learning to cut myself some slack remembering that I am, as you are, always Divinely loved.
