Tangela Q. Parker is an Atlanta-based global healthcare marketing and external affairs executive known for driving consumer growth, strengthening market presence, and building institutional credibility through brand strategy, enterprise external affairs, and stakeholder influence.

With more than 25 years of leadership across Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, including CVS Health, Centene Corporation, UnitedHealth Group, and Humana, she has led integrated marketing and external affairs strategies aligned to acquisition, retention, and sustained growth in highly regulated, high-visibility environments spanning Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial lines of business.

She has also held a senior leadership role at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport, where she oversaw brand strategy, advertising, and public engagement in one of the most complex and visible operating environments in the country.

A recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, she completed executive education at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Alcorn State University.
