I’m Tanisha Wilcock, an engineering leader with over 22 years of experience in aerospace, product support, and global engineering operations. I currently serve as an Associate Director in Engineering Services, where I lead cross-functional teams, drive process optimization, and support strategic initiatives across multiple sites.
