When I started developing concepts for mobile websites & services about 15 years ago, making a call was all most people used their cell phone for.

After working both on the agency and client side, moving back and forth between web and mobile, I am currently owning and prioritizing a backlog of projects for an e-commerce business in the online travel industry.
