Climax Group is a non-traditional angel firm that provides services to start ups / early stage companies ranging from development of IT platforms to marketing & business solutions. Instead of the traditional exchange of cash for equity, Climax Group invests in startups using our resources. We bill out per project but our clients then have the option to pay with equity (so they can preserve their limited cash for overhead expenses while having a working product developed), pay with a mixture of both, or pay for our services flat out.
