I love commercial real estate and business strategy in general. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) I specialize in the investment aspects and help owners and tenants with their commercial real estate needs. It's been a fun roller coaster ride for the last 10 years in business with my best friend and business partner, Marc, and still going strong and doing great. We survived the downturn with good decision making and came out the other side better than ever. I live in Willow Glen in San Jose, CA and loving life with my awesome girlfriend, Turbo (aka Robyn). Each week, if I'm not traveling around Northern California I split time between our Sacramento and San Jose offices. Among other things, I've sat on some Boards, won some awards and still love getting to the gym and playing any sports I can get my hands on. As the old knees breakdown and basketball and volleyball become more rare, golf and cornhole (yes, that's correct, you can google it) seem to be the sports of choice these days. Hahaha! And yes, I love to laugh!
