Tansel Adacan

Tansel Adacan is a Digital Programme Director, Technical Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience leading digital transformation and complex programme delivery across products, platforms, web, mobile, data and enterprise systems.

His background covers Director level leadership, strategy, operating model and business process change, commercial and supplier management, and complex programme delivery across client-side, consultancy and agency environments. He works across product, engineering, design, data, architecture and supplier teams, and can move between senior leadership and delivery detail as needed.

His experience covers financial services, technology, automotive, property and real estate, retail and ecommerce, media and publishing, travel and insurance, membership and learning, professional services and the public sector. He has led work from discovery, strategy, business cases and roadmaps through to programme recovery, governance, delivery, integration, release and operational handover.

Tansel is particularly interested in permanent Director level leadership roles across digital transformation, programmes, technology, delivery and digital operations. He is also open to selected interim or contract opportunities where the scope is genuinely senior and strategically interesting.
