I’m Tan Sri Alex Ooi, the founder of Ideal Property Group. I established the company in 2001 and have since led the development of more than 25,000 residential and commercial units across Malaysia, with a strong focus on Penang Island.

Over the years, my work has contributed to shaping Penang’s modern housing landscape, earning me the industry nickname “Penang Condo King.” Much of my development focus is centred in Bayan Lepas, where I aim to deliver high-quality, well-planned homes that support the growth of the southwest district.

I’m driven by a long-term vision to create sustainable developments that add real value to communities, homeowners, and the future of urban living in Penang.
