For more than 20 years I’ve worked across the pharma and biopharma ecosystem—building commercial strategies, shaping market-entry plans, and guiding how innovative vendors engage scientific, clinical, medical, and data-driven teams. My work spans patient data, real-world evidence, sponsored testing, eCOA and digital health, applied AI, and medical publishing.

A core part of my approach is the creation of AI-driven commercial frameworks and rubrics—structured models that evaluate market fit, buyer alignment, timing triggers, and account prioritization. These models translate complex industry dynamics into actionable strategy, improve BD efficiency, and reduce wasted effort for companies entering or expanding in life sciences.

I’ve held senior BD and strategy roles at companies including Invitae, GeneDx, Aster Insights, DNAnexus, Genome Medical, Responsum Health, and CISCRP—developing new revenue verticals, strengthening value narratives, and expanding relationships with leading pharma and biopharma companies.

Through FireTower Solutions, I now advise vendors selling to pharma and biopharma on:

My background also includes advising the FDA on Patient-Focused Drug Development guidance language, formal training in AI in healthcare and drug development, and earlier work as a commercial real estate attorney, which shapes my approach to negotiation, risk, and deal structure.
