Tan Weixi

Tan Weixi is the resident Master Facilitator of Distinctions Asia. He designs and facilitates programs in the areas of business analysis, project management, design thinking, team-building, leadership, facilitation skills and communications.

Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, Weixi’s style can best be described as thoughtful spontaneity, in that he uses a range of fun and informal participatory approaches, backed by knowledge and clear intent, to trigger learning and reflection.
