As a global business coach and facilitator specializing in cross-cultural understanding, I work with individuals, teams and organizations to build highly collaborative work environments that achieve high impact results - emphasis on start-ups.

I am passionate about empowering clients to express their unique gifts and talents for Global Harmony.

I bring 25+ years of global business experience from corporate, start-up and non-profit industries to my work. I served as the CFO and program developer for GlobalNiche, an online training program focused on creating opportunity through social media; Leader for the Global Women's Leadership Network, dedicated to building the leadership capacity of women; COO of lex.end, a reading solution company; and Executive Director of Finance for Maxim Integrated Products, an analog semiconductor company. I have been recognized for excellence by receiving the Tribute to Women in Industry Award.

Currently, I am a Dean's Executive Professor in Santa Clara University Business School serving as the Global Fellows Director.

Active in various community programs and non-profits, I currently serve on the Board of Fellows for Santa Clara University, CA. and Board Chair of the Global Women's Leadership Network, co-founder of the Turkish Women's International Network, San Francisco. I hold a B.S. degree in finance from Santa Clara University along with graduate coursework from the University of Southern California.
